Jessy Rays does not accept returns or exchanges. ALL sales are final. Jessy Rays is a MADE TO ORDER site, meaning we make everything to order, and it is impossible for us to offer returns or exchanges.
You agree to these policies when you order as well.

Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to jessyrays23@gmail.com.
Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
Include the first and last name on your Jessy Rays order #, and product code/name of the item.
You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24-72 hours.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size chart and size description illustrated in each product photo catalog.

You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “confirm & pay” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.
We are very sorry, but to change something in an order is not as simple as clicking a button.
If you ordered the wrong size, we will do our best to work with you on this. But if you are trying to change colors, cuts, etc we CAN NOT change it.

If you cannot select a size, that size is out of stock. This is normally shown with a "line" or "X" through that size.

We do not "custom" but, if you have seen a design you like send it to us and we might be able to get it. The fee for us to purchase a design for you is $3 or the cost of the design. Whichever is less.
